As many of you know, our son Ryan was born premature at 32+3 days unexpectedly. Ryan was in the Special Care Nursery at St George Public Hospital for 4 weeks where he was on low-flow oxygen, had a feeding tube, and had a heat lamp constantly to help him regulate his temperature. Foundations like Life’s Little Treasures assist families of sick or premature babies by providing guidebooks, clothing and precious prem packs. We were lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a foundation like this and want to give back so that other families like us can get the support they need.
