Natasha Thomas

I am the mother of twin boys. Thomas is my angel and always with us and Aaron is one of the strongest, most resilient little people you will ever meet. Aaron was born at 25 weeks at an unfathomable 748g. He required breathing support and feeding through a nasal gastric tube for the first 117 days of his life and lived in an artificially warmed isolette for his first 8 weeks. Between the ages of 1 and 2 he relied on a nasogastric tube for nourishment. He battled far too hard in those early days but he did so with us by his side and doing everything we could to help him succeed. We could never have been as strong as we needed to be without the support we received from our family, friends and organisations like Life’s Little Treasures. You don’t ever imagine you will have a premature or sick baby until it happens but with your help we can support a foundation who knows it does happen and will be there for the families who find themselves in such a scary place.
