Thomas and Aaron made their own journeys in this world from the very first day, and although Thomas is watching from Heaven now, both of our boys will always be remembered for their strength and courage. Our tiniest miracles face more than you can imagine well before their time and we are forever grateful for the love and support of our friends and family who have held our hearts and hands during this journey. This year, we want to support Life's Little Treasures Foundation so they can support all of our tiny miracles.
