Summer's Legacy

Summer's Legacy is our families fund raising team for our premmie daughter Summer who we lost at 5 weeks old in the NICU, we also had her surviving twin sister Harper needing additional care, so Summer's Legacy has been down that path of premmie-hood and nicu care and services. We want nothing more than to help babies and families to have the best care and support services provided to them during the most uncertain and scary time any family could go through and knowing because of Summer's journey and her exsistance has continued to help others in need and allowimg her legacy to live in us all by helping other families! We ask for all donations big or small or purchase from our summer's legacy merchandise to help with funds go to Life's Little Treasures foundation. YOU can also join our team and do your own fundraising &/or join us for the big Walk for Prems at Albert Park Lake, Sunday 23rd of October and walk with us as team "Summer's Legacy".
